TODAY'S CHALLENGE

try to walk 2 x's today...try to make it at least 20 minutes each time (I'm going for my usual 60 each time...this morning one might be the end of me though, man I am tired lol).

ALSO

Eat breakfast and get in the routine of eating breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up!

  1. Today is an off exercise day for me! I do eat breakfast daily (or I feel like I'm starving by 9:00). I don't usually eat before I exercise though. My belly rebels midway through my work outs if I do that! Not a good thing when you are a mile or two from home with no where to stop!
